Hi hueyone, RE: "India's stock option policy is better than ours"

I never said that.

In fact, it's an untrue statement.

I was discussing the Chinese government's handling of stock options. We need to keep our eye on this.

The good news is, entrepreneurs in India and China are not handing out much options compared to Silicon Valley, so there's some favor in our direction in that regards. The bad news: China's country would like to get more involved in options (getting unemployed people working via these and launching companies this way) and making their option taxes better than ours and some Chinese CTOs are taking note.

There are four documents that would help if you could search on the Net, to help get you up to speed on China's options:
- the letter by Nasdaq's Berkeley
- an article that mentions China's stock option initiative for unemployed
- Chinese 10 year competitive plan, where it discusses options
- and there is one other document but am forgetting - it was on People's Daily, I believe.

Regards,
Amy J
