many on this and SH boards believe that Pennsaid will sell itself, I am not in this camp. I bleieve that even a good product can crash and burn if the management is incapable of executing even the most basic of Business plans.

I believe for as long as you have an inept BoD and a Leaderless company you will continually suffer thru pops and drops in the shareprice. Many do not understand that Brokerages play an intricate part of the success or failure of a company. In the US brokerages naked short stocks to oblivion. In Canada we are far more sophisticated we short and cover before the short has to be registered. We create short term damage, but 20 times "short term damage" causes long term damage.

The stock has garnered enemies in the media and enemies in the Brokerages, they are spiteful and will ensure failure, just as they can ensure success. The market is manipulted, he who understands that succeeds. For those taking the high road and believing they are above it all...well they do there financing with hedge funds and get a "verbal" that they won't short the stock.

Keeler has blamed everyone on the planet for her inability to run this company. She has consistently found fault with every organization that is supposed to support her. It wasn't her trials, it wasn't her submission, it wasn't her attitude toward brokerages, it wasn't her arrogance that got DMX to where it is, it was "their fault".

So in answer to your question, as soon as REK and Fred are gone and the board is cleaned out of the huge deadwood, this stock will do fine. But, expect continued volatility as the people who want them all removed, go thru the process.

WF10 is nothing more than a diversion from the incompetence that reins supreme in DMX. They didn't need to allocate money to WF10 at this time, they didn't have to offer to buy it out, at this time, they could have remained focused and progressed Pennsaid, proved up some good income and then progressed with the WF10 buy. For those that believe that WF10 is the answer to the world, a 30% interest in a blockbuster is far better than 100% of a company you can't afford. Instead, management wonders about with a business plan that is never followed and divert attention from a failing execution of Pennsaid by introducing WF10 into the equation in hopes it will reinspire investors.

REK claims to be a lawyer, I would have thought at least the legal claim against Provalis would have been her forte' but she couldn't even get that right.

All my opinion! Once again, I state that this company is the poorest run company on the TSE, GLE was tied with it, since then Perry left, new managment arrived, they sold out to FCEL in the US and things are looking better.
