OT: I have traded MU fairly successfully for several months now both long and short. Fundamentally I think there is less chance for good news from MU now. The company has already reported earnings. MU is not in a great position in its lawsuit with RMBS but I believe that is a given.

Technically the stock does not seem to have enough institutional support to get back above 14 which would be a lower high than the last high MU put in.

If you look at the charts you will find that MU has been putting in a number of lower highs and lower lows.

In addition both the TRIN and TRINQ are Extremely Overbought! and the SOX has not been a market leader lately.

I am still long RFMD and WDC so the short of MU simply gives me a little balance. I'm not looking for a big gain but the market is due to retrench next week in my humble opinion.
