Hi William,

Thanks for the article on the India call centers. What can one say? It looks like it is a "house of cards" that's waiting to come down. No wonder people are unhappy with the level of service provided by these call centers. Especially, when it comes to technical support centers. How much longer can this keep up?

It would seem to me that the approach to staffing and maintaining call center employment needs to be reinvented. Wish I had the answer, could make a fortune. Maybe the hiring of retired U.S. workers with a technical background would be one way to go. They could work out of their homes.
