I am pleased to see there is an on going dialogue on this subject. Very little information has been made public about the Yale community and who besides the instructor was under investigation. I have followed this case for more than four years. I stumbled on the case reading the Yale Daily News after someone close to me was admitted as an undergraduate in 2000. She fit the description of Suzanne, therefore, in my over concerned way I was concerned. It saddened me to hear of such a brutal act against a beautiful girl with a very promising future.

I was wondering if anyone can answer this question? When Yale or the unions employ people do they fingerprint? Example: cafeteria workers
