"Let's cut the crap and fix it. " How? Local govt control to be replaced by feds?? That would be worse especially if the democrats came back to power. I have no idea. Vouchers have their place in the low income hopeless schools but not in the corruption laden, over priced, pretty good schools. This aint easy Karen. I dont know where to begin and i dont really know anyone who does. mike
