Bruce, Harry and all, spoke to Steve, the water license is in, should be signed today, there was a small glitch in it, I don't understand exactly what , but it required a large tax to be paid in the first hour and a half of production! It was definitely wrong, and now it is fixed. Production WILL resume ASAP on Elsa, and they will run thru the winter, with no problems. Another new development in the price of silver and supply, but he spoke so fast and I am not a good listener and note taker like Harry, has to do with price being depressed by an intitutional holder of the metal who is borrowing the physical, to cover short contracts and blah blah blah, anyway he is pretty excited about the price of nickel and the amount they have to mine, it all sounded good to me, if Harry calls, he can put it all into English for us.
