I'm inclined to believe debka when they say these talks are useless, because there is literally nobody who could declare a cease-fire if he wanted to, and Arafat and Hamas don't want to. So I ask myself, why does Egypt still bother? esp. after their FM was just mobbed in Al Aqsa?
