have you folks considered that The purchase of Telebit By Cisco
has impacted this stock. Consider if you will this, Last month or sometime around that time Telebit sent EVERY xDSL vendor ,including Amati a letter informing them that they were infringing on Telebit's
patents concerning DMT xDSL. The reply by Amati was that they had heard this before and that telebit was just tring to rasie money/stock price, they left me with the impression that Telebit wouldnt be able to pursue a legal confrontation because of thier Fiscal problems.

Now I dont think CISCO has these same Fiscal problems and is in a postion to push the fact that they may be the rightful owners of DMT xDSL patents. Could this be why Westell has sought out CAP. Why Mot told Amati to slow down with VDSL.

Just something to consider
