Only if you ignore the low factory utilization, the lowest jobs growth since President Hoover was in office, and the top in the bond market in July. Greenspan is backed into a corner and has no tools left except to print more dollars and so the dollar will continue to tank against foreign currencies, prices of imports will rise, and foreign investors will begin to sell their dollar-denominated investments and we're in jeopardy of a serious rise in interest rates. That could put a top on the real estate market. It all adds to hasta la vista BabyBush!!!
