The terrorists are creating havoc with the world economy without firing a single shot. If Bush thinks that by suspending flights he is showing his winning the war on terroism, then he must be asinine. When he does suspend flights he wrecks the economy. The challenge is to go get them without much of a disruption.

Did you feel anything when the military was chasing Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and when he really was winning the war then?
