Craig,

Regarding the Bloomberg clip, Eli made several statements that don't add up. Can anyone here clarify the discrepancy?

He stated the following:

The Flash memory market is 3 billion for 2003 growing to 10 billion in 2006.

There are only 3 players that make 90% of the market. Sandisk, Toshiba and Samsung.

Samsung is the 800 lb gorilla and has 65% market share. (he did not say growing to 65% in 2005, he said Samsung "has" 65% market share!)

Sandisk will top 1 Billion in revenue.

Here is the problem:

If the total market this year is 3 billion, then SNDK has roughly 30% (1 Billion) market share. Now if Samsung has market share of 65%, this is about 2 billion. This leaves nothing for Toshiba. The numbers don't add up. Can anyone here explain this?

Thanks,

Steve
