There's an accompanying assertion which K.L. Fisher didn't make but which we are supposed to infer, doubtless. This is that Fisher is a good seer, who knows what he is talking about. I happen to recall that 12-15 months ago K.L. Fisher recommended the Dutch insurance company Aegon, which was then selling for about 19 Euros, down considerably from some previous all time high. After his tout the stock went down to around 11 euros. He doesn't explain what is supposed to rescue the US economy from soaring debt, personal, corporate and governmental. Just some "in" jests at the expense of people that we don't even need to know about.
