Bad deal for those who adopt the same outlook, I'd say. BTW, remember "separation of church from state" ?

Your reaction to my comments is why it is so difficult to discuss this area. I am uncomfortable bringing it up. The people we are fighting use Islam as their war cry. We cannot ignore that because of the sensitivity of the Church/State relationship.

I would be much happier with moderate American Muslims if I had seen some evidence that they are turning in Muslim extremists that they know. Instead we have a constant outcry from American Muslim organizations about our treatment of them. And a lot of these organizations have a history of funneling money to questionable ME organizations.

The rest of us did not cause 911. Your friends are going to have to put up with the dislike they run into.
