Plus, the same language/interpretation applies to the il-12 mab. Thus, for CAT, it's a fight to the death. I'm hoping for more than money, a torty claim or punishment--bad faith, intentional breach, intentional interference with expectancy (merger).

I'm sure we don't know all of it, but if ABT's claim has as its only source the four corners of the license agreement they ought to be spanked hard.

I feel, as they say in the west, the old west, ABT has crapped in its hat.
