The economic bubble may collapse next year. I've just had a long talk with my international banker uncle and though he supports Bush he predicts interest rates and inflation will rise sharply this coming year and beyond as the deflating dollar, Bush debt spending and Fed policies bring about a perfect storm for a fiscal crisis. Certainly the market is overdue for a sharp correction as are real estate prices. These two markets have been giving many people a false sense of security. This could mean Bush is in much worse shape in six months than he is now.
