Had to chuckle while reading some this afternoon. The doom and gloomers, end of the worlders, have been saying there was a real estate bubble and it was going to burst for how many years now? 3 years? Read that the CGM Realty Fund by ole Heebner was up 90% last year. Guess if they keep saying it long enough, yep, it will happen, but in the meantime, stay on target, make some money, and don't look back. RR
