Excardog,

Investors Alliance was touting RTK back in December. A friend forwarded the following for my opinion. IMHO, IA take on the company was a huge leap. Couldn't connect the dots with RTK as a licensee and dramatically increasing revenue.

Early December.

Stephen's recommendation on IA, was up 26% on news. Here's Stephen's comment (from today's Inventor's Alliance board):

----------------

They just announced a MASSIVE domestic coal-to-liquids project. 2.5 BILLION dollars in capital expenditure.

This will equal a _MINIMUM_ of $40,000,000 in to RTK as an initial liscense fee. for PHASE 1, which is 40,000 BPD. The remaining 150,000 PBD will bring in an additional $50,000,000. THAT IS MORE THAN RTK's ENTIRE CURRENT MARKET CAP.

Once in operation, Phase 1 will bring 14.4 mil a year in ongoing royalties. When the project is at full capacity of 190,000 BPD, that will be 68.4 Million a year in ongoing royalties.

ALL THIS OFF OF ONE PROJECT.

THIS IS BEYOND A SCREAMING BUY!!!!

I got another 50,000 shares at market this morning.

I expect a run to $10 off this news alone. My ultimate target is $20.

- Stephen
