This was not true with Iraq where they publicized the deck of cards.

Chinu, totally different scenario. Those weren't undercover terrorists, dependent on secrecy, those were the heads of state and of the army. Everybody knows who they are, and putting them in jail, or underground, loudly and publicly, is the only way to reassure the Iraqi population that they're not coming back. Can't you see how different that is?

Are we saying that France is colluding with the terrorists?

Unclear. It sounds like intelligence cooperation leaves something to be desired.
