Unclear. It sounds like intelligence cooperation leaves something to be desired. The US needs the cooperation from every country for its success in the war on terrorism. For that it needs to work with all nations. Chinu, totally different scenario. These terrorists are very well connected and maintain good communication between themselves all the time. Very Internet savvy some of them. I would say that when Saddam sympathizers learn of Saddam's capture, they are enraged into action.
