George: While the market will have its ups and downs, I think the run up we saw in 98-2000 was a once in a lifetime happening, and future drops will likely not be as drastic (80%). That said, I have invested in some local real estate. Also, I have purchased stock in Comcast, which I think is the premier utility invetment for the 21st century. All imho, and what do I know? wj
