During that same conference call Nancy Bacon added that ECD
would need more solar capacity within eighteen months. She has always been very conservative and not prone to stretching anything potentially promising. That comment would add support to Metzger's statement that ECD's PV
had the "potential" to be cash flow neutral within the 2004
fiscal year. Remember, the fiscal year ends June 30th. Even
though they may miss that mark by then they could still reach it during 2004 calendar year ending this December.

On the subject of solar, there is a front page article in
USA Today regarding photo's of our rocket landing on Mars
and the robot "Spirit" powered by solar panels generating 160 watts at peak. Spirit will be able to roam from rock to rock.

Does anyone know whose solar panels they are or is this
top secret?
