Wade,

The decline of the US dollar has gone further than I thought. However, I assure you that the trade balances will start to change rapidly. Simply put, I do not believe that European companies can compete at the current exchange rate. Short term moves are unpredictable. Long term the currency is like a stock - would you prefer a growth stock like the US or a stodgy one like Europe?
