You know, AS, I used to be so disappointed by the Republicans because they were such thorough liars and proud of it. But this post of yours is close to perfection on the scale of Big Whoppers.

No one, absolutely no one, could have missed the media reporting in mid-December that Howard Dean had come out in favor of breaking up the large media conglomerates. Dean was threatening Michael Eisner, Jeff Immelt, Sumner Redstone and Rupert Murdock directly.

And the revenge these despicable men imposed on Dean was immediate and it was ugly. The coverage on Dean turned on a dime the very next day and Dean has been under attack by the media ever since he correctly identified them as vicious curs who need to be brought to heel.

And your credibility has just sunk to a new low. Between gay-baiting and outright lying, I'm wondering what in the world you fool around with the Democratic Party for. You're obviously bigoted enough that you ought to consider moving up in the world to the GHP.

As Garrison Keillor gently reminds us, "we're all Republicans now."
