Mattson files shelf for $100 mln in stock, debt Tuesday December 23, 5:45 pm ET WASHINGTON, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Mattson Technology Inc. (NasdaqNM:MTSN - News), supplier of equipment used to make semiconductors, filed to sell from time to time $100 million in debt securities, common and preferred stock and warrants. The Fremont, California-based company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, capital spending, future acquisitions and working capital, according to the prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites) .
