Curis files $40 mln shelf for stock, warrants Tuesday December 23, 5:32 pm ET WASHINGTON, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Curis Inc. (NasdaqNM:CRIS - News), a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based drug development company, filed to sell from time to time up to $40 million in common and preferred stock and warrants. The company plans to use the net proceeds to develop and market its products, finance its expansion, cut debt, acquire businesses and products, and other capital spending, according to the shelf registration filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites) .
