You friend did not answer the question of a 60% weekly return (he did 60% monthly which is quite a different animal!) A 60% weekly return from trading would be expressed as 1.6^52 (since you are multiplying your wealth by 60% every week and there are 52 weeks in a year). This works out to 41,137,613,933 times your original investment. If you started with $10,000, you will have about 41 _TRILLION_ dollars by the end of the year. You would pay over 14 trillion dollars in income taxes and single handedly wipe out the national debt.

Since we still have a national debt, it is clear that no one has ever achieved this. I very much hope you can pull this off. I sure would like to see the national debt wiped out.

Now, should you pull this miracle off for two years, you would have over 1.6 million trillon dollars (and that's if you only started with a dollar!). In other words, you would own everything on the planet.
