Bullshit, if Al Qaeda had regrouped, then Al Qaeda would have struck again. This is the dog that didn't bark in the night. You see all the terrorist alerts, the British Airway flights being cancelled due to specific intelligence, and yet to assume, on zero evidence, that this is not the work of police and intelligence people combatting Al Qaeda, but the work of politicans perverting the intelligence services. The war against Al Qaeda is an intelligence war. We only hear of it went a major success happens - we catch someone big - or a major failure happens - Al Qaeda blows something up.
