Agree with the filth and unsanitary conditions. They also need to be "western cultured" and quit the hoiking and spitting. Nevertheless most of us should be grateful to have been born with silver spoons. I remember how it used to be and now think "YIKES!" But my grandparents and before them lived with it throughout their lives.

As much as I am very grateful, I think how ominous this could be. Survival of the fittest. They may be the fittest and naturally imunized of us all to thwart off diseases.
