Frank: I am talking about the quarter that was finished few weeks back, there is nothing that Connors can do about it but load it with everything he can. As far as options, usually, when you give someone the responsibility to turn around a company, it comes with incentives. I would presume these to include options at market prices near the time the new position was filled. Of course, from a PR point of view, it may not be best, but when would it be better. I doubt tha even EXSO's management can predict where their stock will be a year hence.
