Doesn't look like it, MSI. I am a "Retrosexual," stuck in the 40's, with a Victorian/Romantic outlook. I hate censorship, but I also hate where the Culture has gone.
There's a 24hour bakery coffee shop around the corner from me. It's popular with students, artists, police, hookers, after theatre crowd, backgammaon and chess crowd, business folk, local pols, laborers.
I talk and listen to the conversations and compare to what I heard in 1968 in similar settings which weren't, with one exception and it closed too early, as congenial, and I don't think culture is any worse. It's different, that's certain - what is hugely different is the choices - mind bogglingly huge.
None of us has to take coarse and most don't.
