A late friend of mine who was a friend of his,.......had enormous respect for him.

He has done some Columns lately that start off with an analysis that sounds like Sowell. He doesn't end up where Sowell does, but at least he is asking the right questions.

We are 40 years into Johnson's "Great Society" and the Chickens are coming home to roost. As Walter Williams said, "The Grand Kleagle of the KKK could not have done as much damage to the inner city blacks as the Liberals have."

I sent Raspberry a teasing Email about this column, using the Sowell reference. Made sure it was gentle. He will get a lot of Black Hostility among the older Black "Leaders" about his columns if he keeps it up. The younger ones are with him in private. But they will all circle the wagons against Whitey.
