Hawkmoon, I agree 100% with your thoughts, IMO, you are right on the mark.

In addition, many, many, many articles have been written and published in the last 3 or 4 years regards the specifics and motivations behind the dismal failure of the Arab world and its leaders to provide a direction and channel into the 20th century for its peoples.
Even Egypt with its Western looking appearance provided us with Atta and 10 other terrorists and 9/11.
IMO, the solutions to peace in and from the Middle East lie in Generational changes through education and freedom.
New Iraq may possibly provide the role model for just such events, if not, and in any event, the USA will do whatever is required to protect itself from future 9/11s.

at least as long as conservatives rule in Washington DC....
