RAND Rand Capital 1.52B/1.53A VC investor looks attractive here. It's NAV is 1.62 and they have a stake in a company named Kionix, MEMS nano now ramping up to commercial volumes. kionix.com 5.7 million shares outstanding, 3.7 million in the float.
