Steve, I don't know about the effect of dilution. There will be an increased tax rate as well in 2004 now that the tax loss write-offs have been used up. But Q4 2003 may be a big, big quarter. At retail I have not seen this type of interest in a long time based on the crowds at the digital camera displays. This could be an exceptional quarter. I can't explain the PowerPoint slides either. Did they take a write off on some loss related to the UMC shares? I looked at that presentation about 2 weeks ago and had the same questions as you. Aus
