Shares outstanding increased to 54 Million.

The 3.5M you were looking for is tucked into R&D 2.964M that's the 4c.

Do they have other shares in lock up? The reason I ask is I have been having this day dream where a big blue fish comes along and this chart starts to look like AAPL...don't wake me please.
