it's striking how much of the trouble the U.S. mission now faces was accurately and publicly predicted.


I read this article yesterday and said, "Yes, but those predictions were picked out by the author from thousands of predictions that were wrong." So I still see it as "20/20 hindsight."

Nobody had really ever done anything like this before. We will have to do it again, I am afraid. And next time less problems.
