Cody's pimping the newsletter alot lately.

For example: Optical Sector Unloved, but Still Moving
1/05/04 03:27 PM ET

I don't know what's more awe-inspiring -- the big move in gold or the big move in optical and VoIP. The metals have only recently begun to get any recogntion from the mainstreamers -- after a multiyear, multimonth, huge rally.
Meanwhile, the optical and VoIP stocks (two of my five trends to watch in 2004 from my newsletter (click here to sign up for $79 a month or $799 a year) have been exploding higher -- from Corvis (CORV:Nasdaq) to JDS Uniphase (JDSU:Nasdaq) and ITXC (ITXC:Nasdaq), we've seen some big moves in the last week or two. But nobody, and I mean nobody, wants to talk about optical still. Maybe next year, eh?

This kind of crap really should end. Constant promotion of specials w/o any accountability of the newsletter performance. I am convinced that most if not all of the realmoney.com traders underperformed the Nasdaq. If they were better, I am sure they would have jammed the results down my throat every single day.
