You must be like me in wondering what all this "fat" epidemic is all about. People are really healthy where I am not certainly not fatter than they were 30 years ago. When I was a kid it was common for people's parents to get absolutely NO exercise whatsoever. When I see that juvenile diabetes is an epidemic it is somewhat shocking.
