Why doesn't American Home Products or Immunex just buy all of Cistron's stock? It would be a lot cheaper than paying CIST the rest of the money in the next few years. Further, why didn't they buy all the stock before the case went to court? If CIST does not use its cash to buy another company (its engineers and patents), some other company is going to buy CIST for its cash. Think about it. For an investment of $2 million you could get a return of $10 million. Why isn't CIST buying back its own stock?
