Just want to be on the record on this one.
MVSN will be taken over by MSFT. I don't know when, but it will happen. Kills two birds with one stone by letting MSFT have the dominant position in DRM and is an quick and painless way for MSFT to make the Intertrust headache go away and eliminate the risk that they may actually lose.
There I said it. Don't say I didn't tell you!
