Gregor, REITs are definitely overextended. Still, I wouldn't be shocked if they ran another 5-15%, but I will be bailing out if they run 15% more. Still, the chart is a great channel, with lots of strength. I'm scared that there are no short term corrections of 5-10% occurring. Waaayyy to much confidence and fearlessness on the S&P and REITs. Oh well, enjoy the ride. Jim, Thanks for the holiday wishes. I was out of town on a cruise. Too decadent for my lifestyle. Way too much food. I got a lot of reading in, although I could have enjoyed that as much at home. Hope your holidays brought you a lot of inner peace! Richard
