I think the ONLY solution that will work in the case of Mexico is if we tell the Mexican government this: Either you control YOUR border from YOUR citizens or we will invade you, annex your country as if we are going to get your citizens we might as well get your land. THAT would raise some cain, now wouldnt it? From what I understand the Mexican government presently actually ENCOURAGES their citizens to escape to the North, mainly to keep down unrest. jdn
