In talking about Marconi NL was mixing apples and oranges. Believe the following: <Particularly, Marconi will incorporate MRV's technology into its PacketSpan solution, lowering the cost of operators' customer premises equipment (CPE) and improving the manageability and operating expenses of Ethernet-over-SDH services> deals with the announcement that MRVC would be supplying media boxes and other things (FiberDriver products) to Marconi so Marconi can (1) retrofit ethernet capability to existing SDH proucts/customer applications and (2) going forward be able to supply combined SDH/ethernet products. Wish I better understood if MRVC will be supplying Marconi with just customer premise equipment (CPE) or CPE equipment + product to be integrated into M's PacketSpan product.
