Hi Fred,

I'm thinking this is just a little shake out here.

I've learned to look for them and expect them.

I like the low volume here.

I think this is a handle developing off the right side of a 2 year cup.

This looks strong to me - won't be surprised for some price action to occur that is designed to shake out the weak hands just before a nice breakout on volume.

I remember Rance Graham talking about design wins for VOIP being the future for the internet.Now we hear about Vonage and others embracing VOIP.

If SBSE says Communications is recovering - this stock will see a nice pop up.Hoping that high volume breakout is near.
