Hi Steve: It is my understanding that the only time it needs to be used is in the processing plants. Also the product washes off so one has no safety issue. This is why even in the test plants today the birds are being sold to the public. Furthermore, ALCD has started the work needed to get FDA OK for beef. I heard about the NW biotech confrence today. Will you be going? Alcide presents Tues. morning at about 8:30 am. I live in the north east so I can not attend. I wish I could. Have a good evening!
