Greg, Duff, NDB...the sale of this Marconi "division" is obviously interesting, and one hopes Noam can clarify some of the implications for MRV. One other point...the $250 Million paid establishes some sort of "floor valuation" for this kind of product line. Is there any division of MRV that might be similar in the business/product line that is done/offered? If so, has a "bottom line" valuation for that "business" been established by this sale? Marconi was pretty desperate for cash which is the reason I used the modifiers "floor valuation". One might now be able, conceivably, to place some "floor" market valuation for a piece of MRV. m1
