Why aren't our soldiers getting the best equipment? The same kind of people that make "acceptable casualty" assessments are prioritizing spending in ways that leave our own soldiers more vulnerable to bullets and RPGs. It happens over and over again and it happens in every war, in every country. The men on the front who suffer the greatest hardships and the lion's share of the casualties, often do not receive the best equipment or supplies. It's a cause for shame.
