Make money? You mean I'm supposed to make money?
Actually, I make all my money on stocks I pick, rather than the ones recommended to me by brokers and analysts, namely BOCI and ZONE(Q)...need I say more?
At 20, I believed an analyst's recommendation that I read that said it was a buy under 25. I didn't want to stop out because I believed they would recover. I couldn't believe the price kept dropping to book. Foolish of me. Oh well, lose a few, win many.
I keep waiting for them to get out of the modem business and into a non-"me too" area, but I don't know if they have what it takes to do it. If they can't, I take my lumps. At this point, I just can't see betting against them because of what seems like a limited downside risk vs. what I've lost (on paper). At 5, it seems someone would want their facility, if for no other reason than that they're in a prime location in Boca Raton. (I live there, too, so I can assess this firsthand....it's very nice here.) |
