thecow,

Thanks for the welcome, TC. You wrote: <<Yes, it would help if we had the exact error message.>>

OK, it starts...***STOP: 0x0000009F(0x00000100,0x8B55630,0x8B55630,0x80B69F0) where every 0 has a / through it and there's no space between commas, but there is a space between the : after STOP and the beginning of the string. The rest is identical to my previous posting inquiry.

<<...couldn't find any buffer settings except after choosing internet radio you should set your bandwidth setting to modem. >>

Yeah, me neither. I did use modem settings and throttled down to 28K with no seeming diff in still staccato buffering. --Sigh--

<<I am very impressed with the radio sound quality and the internet tv capabilities.>> I did some quick Google DD and found that at least WinAmp didn't piss off as many people as the others. Especially RealPlayer, after one's whole system seems to get hijacked, and uninstall is well nigh impossible.

<<How do "they" do this stuff?? >> I'm pretty sure it's probably not accomplished by animal sacrifices in the moonlight, but beyond that I'm at a complete loss. :-\ Buy hey anyway, who's supposed to be asking the questions here? You should be telling us how it's done. Eh? lol

Speaking of questions, TC, are you using Thunderbird? What do you think of Foxmail, which according to my friend Gary, emulates OutlookExpress and is his personal choice over Thunderbird?

I'm also tempted to download Trillian for IM access. Anyone familiar with it?

TIA
